[Windows] IR Reciever question - zebraitis - 2009-11-07
Quick question...
What do I need to do to get my IR reciever to work with XBMC for Windows?
I built a system (win7 64 bit), loaded XBMC, installed an HP IR reciever in a USB port, and I have the same Harmony One remote that I used to use with my XBOX XBMC.
Launched XBMC. The keyboard & mouse control is fine, but XBMC is not responding to the commands from the Harmony One remote.
HP Remote is recieving the commands, as there is a verification blink on the IR Reciever in response to key activation.
Any special chants or incantations that need to be done to make that happen?

While I have the remote being recognized by the IR receiver, I still need to know the equivilent MCE Keyboards commands to send for "Menu", "Guide" and a few other useful XBMC commands.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
