I been having problems on how to install XBMC HTTP-R. Can someone point me to a guide?

im looking for this as well. iv seen mention that this works with xbmc on the xbox but am confused as to how to set it up since is says i need to install :
- Webserver (apache)
- PHP 5.2
- GD Lib
xbmc has its own web server, so why do i have to install another and where would i install these? they certainly cant go on my xbox. which means id have to put it on my PC but why does my pc have to get involved. A clear guide for idots is much needed for this, as i really like the look of it and want it NOW!
