Export library database metadata information to Excel? - jsnkid - 2010-10-16 Hi, I am looking for a good way to get some statistics out of my XBMC library. I am mainly looking for the TV library, but the movies would be a plus. I would like info like: how many episodes, total gigabytes, resolution, number of seasons, runtime, etc... Is this possible. In the past i have basically scanned all my file locations for video files using a directory printer and was able to reduce all the data via a pivot table into Show, Season, Number of Episodes, and Size. Is this possible? Is there a tool already to do this? I do not mind just getting raw data as I am used to excel and working with millions of cells of info into nice, easy to deal with charts/pivot tables. Thanks, Jeff - Tolriq - 2010-10-16 Well you can just install http://www.ch-werner.de/sqliteodbc/ to have odbc access to XBMC database from excel then do whatever you want with data ![]() But as i know there's no file size information in the database ![]() - jsnkid - 2010-10-18 Ok, thanks, installed that..... now what? - jsnkid - 2010-10-23 anyone with any additional information? - Nick8888 - 2010-10-23 Not sure if theyll provide all the info youre after but try EmberMM or XWMM |
