ive read all the tutorials and everything already, have the engine running on my comp, username/password/ip of pc running the engine and all i keep getting is

the service is not connected, would you like to attempt to reconnecting with xbox media center

downloaded the lastest build of xbmc and kai and still wont work
i can get kai to work without using xbmc but it seems alot nicer to use it the other way which doesnt really want to cooperate with me grrz :bomb:

i'm in the exact same boat.  i can connect to games without using xbmc, but i get the "the service is not connected, would you like to attempt reconnecting it with xbox media center" if i use xbmc and kai together.

the weird thing is sometimes when i click yes on the message it simply drops me back to the games menu and other times it gives me the error message again.

this is the fourth version of xbmc i've tried this with and never had any luck.  i've installed and reinstalled the kai engine several times.  still no luck.

i've specified the username, password and ip of the engine and still nothing works.  i know this should be retardedly easy, but obviously something is not right.  

now i realize that the only exercise i'm getting is the walk between my computer and the xbox, but i'd really like to be a lazy bastard and get this working.

anyone have any ideas?    :help:
