i dont really understand what you are getting at...
do you want to be able to speak into the headset and have the voice come out of the audio system? doesnt it already do that?

i mean to be able to communicate from dash to dash (xb to xb) that are on the same network... not karaoke..
within kai window theres a button called "voice" does that allow me to communicate without actually launching a game? the problem is that i have 3 consoles and i can only have 1 ui connected to kai engine at any one time...

i had actually thought of this too. it would be a handy feature if you had many xboxs in the same house. now, there was something mentioned on the kai forums (by thedaddy himself) that someone is working on a kai engine that runs on the xbox alone, similar to the way the xig runs. if that happens then each xbox would have its own kai engine running, you could have a seperate account for each box and then you would be able to chat with each other. i havent heard any more on the subject in months but since it was thedaddy who said it i believe that it really is being worked on. it would be handy to have an intercom feature though even now. perhaps with the new autodetect feature if xbmc senses another xbox on your lan a "intercom" button would appear somewhere. similar to the way the xlink button appears when the kai engine is detect. any devs interested?
