I could not find a mirror of the file you asked about and i never saw the screenshots of this (very old) skin variant which would most likely not work on newer Kodi versions.
Maybe as an alternative:
I'm currently working on a alternative color mode for this skin.
You unofficially could call it "Barbie color mode" - it replaces all the Kodi-like blue accent color with a pink color. Should be very suitable as an "Confluence for Girls" or for any pink-loving individuals in general.
It's not ready yet, but maybe you have a look in the future. Can't make any final promises at this point - just as a heads up.
