I could be wrong but someone a while back mentioned these are Telechips based I think.

If it runs Android 4 and supports libstragefright then it might work with these experimental builds.

Thank you for the comment, it installs ok but when trying to install any video add ons it constantly freezes and requires reset. Tried both the latest experimental build and android release. Looking for a cheap option while waiting on ATV 3 jailbreak.
