I've been testing XBMC for the Nexus 4 and tried to connect to my Samba shared disks over WiFi but XBMC refuse to login to the share. I just get the login (lock) window again and again. I have tried to add the share with my username and password in the address but the same is happening.

Is there any log file for XBMC so i can see what the hell is going on?

I found the xbmc log file deep in my data system
I think to have found what seems to be the problem. I've got a asterisk (*) in my password and XBMC translates that to "%2a" and by that denies access to the folders.
Is this a general error with XBMC?
