as of https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/commit/08ba...7c287404d2 the hardcoded limit of max 3 weather locations has been removed.

it's now up to the weather addon how many locations they wish to support.

Do not PM or e-mail Team-Kodi members directly asking for support.
