I'd like to set the background art for my movies main menu item to a folder on my network share. Is anyone doing this? Do you think it would introduce any noticeable lag for the images to come up? I could also setup some kind of job to sync that network folder locally now and then, but it's making an extra step I'd rather not bother with.

I use random fanart for this. It's all located in seperate folders on my NAS and I don't notice any delay at all.
