Can you post a link to the serverwmc log instead? Also check to make sure wmc can still play the channels.

OK, so some more info...
everything works fine on xmbc on the local machine.
could the issue be that I have the windows version of the client, but am running xbmc on the remote htpc through windows home server 2011? do i need some codecs or the like?

If it's happening in Windows Media Center as well then yeah dont worry about XBMC and this addon for now, you need to get things working in WMC first. Have you tried rescanning channels in WMC? Do you have a reception/tv signal strength problem maybe?
TS file is missing because the remuxer cant find any data in the WTV file because there is no data coming through for the channel from WMC. The channel (ESPNHD for example) isnt showing up as copy protected though which is a good sign. Hopefully you just have to reconfigure things in WMC or someone has tripped over an aerial cable or something? lol

Hey all,
Had a similar issue - you need to share without requiring a password on the windows server pc if you are going to stream to non-windows systems. The wiki explains how to do this but quickly - Get to the sharing options by right clicking on a folder, properties, sharing. Then click the "Network and Sharing Center" option at the bottom (you can also access this through the control panel). Scroll down through options and disable password protected sharing. You should then be able to see channels and play recordings on non-windows systems.
Hope this helps!

Thanks for this solution. It's weird I swear I was watching live TV under Frodo with previous version of the add-on but couldn't ever get it going with Gotham. Searched on Google for 'StreamStartError' and found this after sorting through the results. Never would have thought of this, haven't played with those settings since first using Windows 7 back in 2009.
