XBMC crash when I fast forward PVR show I was watching (and it's happened a couple times now)

Is this most likely a pre-Beta Gotham issue or is it something that can be fixed now in PVR MCE?

There is a problem with live tv and the newest gotham nightlies, you can see the bug report here:

consider trying the last version of gotham that didn't show the problem (see bug report) and see if that is also your problem.
