Can you use 2 tMM or more at the same time? So, if I am right, there is no option like "Profiles" and so I would like to use more tMMs with e.g. different movie / series pathes etc. instead of having the option "Profiles". Or is there a better way?

sure you can; just take the portable version which does not get installed
all data is stored locally inside the tmm dir
