Hi,

In the Confluence skin, the Weather button is the left-most.
In Transparency, the Weather button is 2nd-to-last (arranged vertically).

To move the menu order in Confluence, we can edit the Home.xml file and arrange the sections within <item id="7"></item>.

How do I make the Weather tab the first top-most tab within Transparency?

The Menu buttons in T! vertical are to be considered organizationally fixed (at least without a lot of effort), you can add 3 custom buttons and name them as you like, then hide existing buttons.
