Added a right side field to the addon browser in listview. Commit.

It displays now the status of addons, "Downloading", "Enabled", "Disabled", "Broken"

Using a NUC7PJYHN and a 2820FYKH0 Intel NUC running LibreELEC, and two FireTVs.:)
