I'm running Kodi on a Raspberry Pi and I was wondering how you go about putting the icons below the menu bar like I have seen on some setups like in the photo I have attempted to attach.

Ok, it didn't work, but, it should be above. I assume these are quick links.
I don't want to add any unapproved add-ons, just make these quick links like here.
