Not all channels listed

I'm using Kodi 15.1 and my backend machine is MythTV 0.27.5 on Ubuntu 12.04.5 LTS.

When I go into TV -> Channels (or Guide), My channel listing ends early at around channel 671 or so. I have over 800 channels and browse them without issue on my MythTV Front Ends. From the view options I do appear to have two groups set up but neither of those go past 671.

I've looked through the different Add-on and PVR settings in Kodi but can't find anything that would be causing this. Is there something I'm missing?
Mac: White iMac Core Duo, Radeon mobility X1300 128MB video, Broadcom CrystalHD Mini PCIe OS X 10.5.6
PC: Mythbuntu 10.10, Dual-core Pentium 2.0GHZ, 2GB RAM, GeForce 9400 PCIe
TV: 60" Sharp Aquos connected via HDMI
...And a launch day Boxee Box!

Try going to settings and resetting the program database. Also, if you have multiple video sources defined in Myth backend, check that Kodi is getting 'All Channels' from sources. I have this problem from time to time. I have two Myth video sources defined, one for OTA and one for Schedule Direct FIOS. Sometimes something gets bumped on my keyboard and Kodi only grabs channels from one source.

The addon merges some channels depending of callsign and number. So in kodi you will see distinct channels.
An other way is an error occured during loading : Need debug log
