Lets assume that I installed repository A. And I installed different add-ons from this one. And lets assume that today the name is changed from A to B and that Kodi is saying that it can not find A anymore and can not update A. What are the consequence and how to tell Kodi that only the name is changed?

Add-ons are not currently tied to a specific repository, regardless of where they were installed from.
There was some discussion in the past about doing so (as it's potentially a risk of one repository hijacking add-ons installed from another for legitimate or nefarious reasons), but I don't think anything was ever actually done with the idea.
