I have problems with Kodi running in FireTV stick, for example, 1 channel not working.

I've read in several threads you need to post your log and is recommended to use Log Viewer from Kodi Add-ons, but if I try to install it I just receive the message "Installation Failed" same happens with Kodi Logfile Uploader

I'm running Kodi 16.1 and I haven't installed any new add-on, it was working fine a couple of weeks ago

You will not get support whatsoever getting http://kodi.wiki/view/Official:Forum_rul...ed_add-ons working such as the one you mentioned.

Please review the forum rules.

As per the rules "If the Add-on is from our Official Add-on Repo then it has already been checked that it doesn't break our rules, therefore anything contained in the Official Repo is safe to discuss in any of our websites/channels."

Log viewer is part of the Kodi Add-on repository and it is NOT included in the blacklist, which is the issue that I reported.

Why am I not going to get support?

I was referring to this piracy add-on and the fact that you are wanting to produce a http://kodi.wiki/view/Debug_log for this and similar issues that you will not get any support for here.

You can get a log by following the instructions on http://kodi.wiki/view/Debug_log without using the viewer but as I said if you're installation contains rule violating items then you'll be on your own.
