Music -> play -> right click to go back to main -> XBMC.exe Unable to locate Componen

Very very funny:
1) open XBMC
2) open music
3) add source
4) select mp3 -> start play
5) right click to go back to main

a dialog appears:
Title: XBMC.exe Unable to locate Component
Text: This application has failed to start because MSVCP71.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix the problem.

Why it requires that DLL only exiting? and not starting?
