I'm new to all of this but I am using 3 HD Homerun Prime boxes with 3 cable cards (9 Tuners), ServerWMC and Kodi on the frontend.  I can connect 3 TV's but when I connect the 4th it will not allow the stream.  It's as if it only thinks I have 3 tuners.  Even recording a channel since it wont select one of the other tuners.  ServerWMC detects 9 tuners so I know it sees them.  Any suggestions as to what I may be doing wrong?  This is what I get when I attempt to connect the 4th frontend or recording.

I can't tell what the problem is from the piece of the log you posted and I can't recall anyone else having a similar problem, so I'll need more info. 

I might be able to tell if you post the whole log so I can see the configuration, but it would be best is if you can post the whole log and demonstrate the problem in that log, but I know it will be a pain to setup since it involves four tvs.  You can shorten the log by restarting serverwmc before you do the experiment.  When you have the log post it on pastebin.com and put a link to it here.

Are all the tuners set up and working in WMC?

 Not sure he/her are using WMC, I know where you're going though... Tuner Salad?  Because it removes WMC tuner limits.
