I just bought a 2.4G Fly mouse C2 and have to use the keymapper add-on for the "configuration" button. Is there a way I can map the button and still keep the keyboard 'c' button mapped to that function too?

The mouse and keyboard should be seen as separate input devices, so the 'C' key on the keyboard should continue to work even if you map a button on the mouse to the same function.
