Not sure if the the right place for the question.

I have a qnap with mysql and 3 Kodi (Mac + 2 chromobox with libreelec).

Since the sources for the videos are the same for all three .. Is there anyway I can use the same source file (stored in the qnap) for all the 3 kodis?

If you are using the same SMB or NFS share for your media sources, it shouldn't be a problem.

Yes. I'm using the same nfs...

But what should I do to configure it? What should I add to advanced settings.xml (assuming that this setting should be in this file)?

You can use Path substitution (wiki) to map special://masterprofile/sources.xml receptively special://profile/sources.xml to you NAS.
How often do you change the source files? It may be more work to set this up then copying the sources.xml once.
