KODI 18, Subtitles not being displayed in both the Android and Win releases.

This fault has been in effective since your Kodi 18 Alpha releases till today for your Beta-2 releases. Subtitles DO NOT WORK when playing videos selected via "Movies", "TV shows" or the main menu's "In progress movies", "recently added movies", etc.

Yet, the subtitles DO WORK if entering and playing through "Videos" off the main menu.

There is a direct correlation between the subtitles NOT playing or (YES) playing properly when selecting the features in Settings/Player "Play next video automatically". When NOT selecting "Episodes" and/or "Movies" to "Play next video automatically" the subtitles will work. Invoking "Episodes" and/or "Movies" to play video automatically dismisses subtitle participation as described above.

I have a Windows 10 Desktop with KODI and two Nvidea media players using Kodi 18.0 Leia Beta 2 presently. Both editions have similar faults. I use both English and Polish "*.srt" subtitles format.

Cannot find a method to get KODI writers to read this method. Would be happy to post where needed, BUT in the meantime please read the message!

KODI is now into its RC1 version and STILL the problem here has NOT been corrected. Will the final release retain the same fault?
