I have a movie with chapters/bookmarks and when I use something like "01:00 30:00 0", it freezes the video in 1:00 and you can see on the bottom right it scrolling through all the chapters and then resumes when it hits 30:00 after searching cumulatively. The commericalbreak which is "3" instead of "0" does not do this, I use "3" just as a means of temporary replacement. I saw the whole you need "comskip.ini" line replaced, but I have no idea what that means or how to install it... I simply put an edl file in the directory of my content. Excuse any noobiness, pretty new to this.
