Hi there,
not sure if it has something to do with the PVR addon. As my receiver is hidden in a rack I might have missed it. But when watching live TV I never get any dolby/dts output on my receiver - just multi channel. So I checked it using dvbviewer - and there it is - no problems. Has anything changed here or is it just another major advantage of KODI not passing through the audio feed? Or is the addon handling it differently?
I mean - most of the channels now have dolby feeds (I'm talking about 5.1 not 2.0) so it seems I have to get back to an externel launcher and use dvbviewer directly rather than the PVR ... kind of wrong direction.
If I'm wrong here and it is a general KODI issues/feature - sorry. So I will ask in the windows forums again
Cheers,
h3ll
