Thai language characters will not display. Tried other foreign languages such as Korean, Chinese, Arabic, etc. and all of the characters display fine. The latest Thai language version that is inop is 3.0.8.

I don't think default Kodi font (arial) and default Estuary fonts have coverage of Thai script.

Alternatively, if you have your own ttf font with the scripts you need you might try to replace the Arial font in default Kodi, but be warned that Kodi uses the bounding box of the font glyphs for sizing the font, so if yours differs from the default Arial you will probably find text isn't fitting in place well. Especially when the script uses many ascenders / descenders.
