Sorry for the weird title, I'll try to explain this as best as I can. When I was on Kodi 17 I was still using Emby server for my media handling back end. When I was on my phones or other TV's in my house (aka, bedroom, workout room) I used a FireTV with the Emby app. Emby did a great job handling and remembering my watched and resume status between all my devices. My home theater with surround and a nice big TV is where I go when I want a true movie experience or just want to chill on my couch watching TV shows. I used to have Emby running silently in the background and Kodi looked like Kodi meaning all my movies and TV shows where on my home page as 'Recently added' or 'Next Up TV' or 'Continue Watching'. With Plex it seems I need to go into my add-on's or make it a favorite to use it, and it doesn't handle the interface of my media like Kodi alone did with Emby. I know there are skins that work with Plex add-on but I feel it's still opening Plex and going away from the Kodi interface experience that I use for other things like my HDHomerun DVR. I also use a Random movie add-on and Random TV Episode when I was running Emby that made TV viewing fun. I didn't see an option for this with the Plex ad-on.
While on the Plex subject, I also connect to more than one server, how can Kodi and Plex handle this, or can't they?
