Thank you for noticing this . I uninstalled kodi and all their directories and downloaded for the kodi site a new ver 18 64 bit and re installed it. It still does not work here is the log file  https://paste.kodi.tv/puliluqibe.kodi

those addon did not work. I was trying to get uk TV here in italy satellite is out of range

Noticed you aren't using the correct casing in your path should be something like

Code:

<from>C:\Users\uncle\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\userdata\playlists\music\</from>

Make use you use correct case for the user uncle.
