I'm running Kodi 18.3 (coreelec 9.0.3). I noticed full screen osd does not include fast forward/backward buttons anymore. I am still able to start 2/4/8/16x playback forward or backward from my remote or by keyboard shortcuts, but no osd buttons for that are visible anymore.
Any way to bring them back?

Which skin are you using? If it's Kodi's default Estuary skin, perhaps you can ask over at CoreELEC's own forum, since they created their own copy of Kodi.

Default skin. But that's not coreelec modification. I installeed Kodi on Linux and it looks the same - full screen osd does not include seek buttons. I guess they are removed from skin?
