I would seriously recommend that nobody opens up the TV Headend ports of 9981 and 9982 on their internet router to the outside world. It may be cool to watch TV remotely when you are away from home - but to do so I'd use a Wireguard or similar VPN running on your home network rather than opening ports directly for TV Headend.
