The forum language is English only please. And you seem to be or something similar which does not work well with this forum (all the unnecessary font tags).

And no, it's not currently possible to install Kodi under WebOS. I think there have been some third party (non Team Kodi) projects in this direction. The last version I can find is here - https://github.com/valverde-marcelo/kodi2webos
