Looks like phil65 did the work ages ago to make xkcd compatible (https://github.com/phil65/plugin.image.xkcd) with Python3 but this isn't in the kodi repo - https://kodi.tv/addon/picture-add-ons-plugins/xkcd.

Whats the process to rolling this out to the repo?

Anyway, the addon still doesn't work with changes as they are.
