[null_pointer]

I have noticed some inconsistencies with the Settings->Media->Videos->Default select action : resume
 
Some places I play a file from it uses the default action  and other it does not.
Example:
Selecting a video file from the library it uses the default action of resume ok
Selecting a video from the home screen it does not use the default action resume
Bringing up the Video Info dialog and playing from there it does not use the default action resume
 
It is easy to reproduce, I have a video of this if that would help.

This is still an issue in the latest Matrix Beta 2

Set Settings->Media->Videos->Default select action : resume
on a partially played item open the Info screen
select PLAY
You are prompted if you want to resume, it should not prompt you and just resume
