Hi, not sure how to describe this but can anyone tell me what this dot is for in the menu? 
It shows up in the settings menus, and on the list of movies, but not the list of TV shows or episodes.

It shows where you are in the list when the list is larger than the screen.

If you push right on such a list, you can select it and then up and down will move by 1 page rather than 1 item (push left to go back to individual item selection/movement).
