I seems as though I going round in circles I'm back to this message - script skin helper service 11.24 could not be satisfied
I've updated it no change.
Does your mod contain the skin MQ7

I'm using Aeon MQ9 for Kodi 20.1 on a 4K Max Firestick. Trying to add video splash screen. From everything I've read, I'm supposed to change the file name to splash.png and place it in the media folder. I've successful loaded a jpg and png but these are still images. When I try to add an MP4, I too watch Kodi freeze up on a black screen and then after 30 secs or so, kodi closes and won't reopen until I force close, clear cash and remove the MP4 I was trying to use. I thought there should be a way to make this work and sounds as though you've been successful. Please advise. Thank you.
