Hi,

I am running LibreELEC 10 on a cubox-i (iMX6 CPU). Video replay with the tvheadend client does not work very well, in particular it seems, if there is motion, the image is not smooth. I use kodinerds-iptv as source.

If I put the same source in a *.strm file and play it with kodi directly, the replay is perfect.

I am wondering if the tvheadend client is using a different way to play the video than kodi itself.

Any idea or hint is welcome what makes tvheadend client different from kodi when playing video streams is very welcome.

Yes, by default the addon uses tvheadend's own buggy demuxer. You can change this by requesting http(s) streaming in the addons settings.
