When try to install the Subscene Subtitles add-on I get this error: "The dependency on vfs.libarchive 2.0.0 could not be satisfied."

Does anyone know what this means?

When I try to install kodi-vfs-libarchive with Synaptic I get this message: "Package kodi-vfs-libarchive has no available version, but exists in the database. This typically means that the package was mentioned in a dependency and never uploaded, has been obsoleted or is not available with the contents of sources.list"

System: Ubuntu 21.04 w/ Kodi 19.1

Getting the same issue on Debian 11 with Kodi v19.1. Is there a repo for the addon where this issue could get filed? I mentioned this problem in this new thread about improved subtitles support.
