I'm still using Leia v18.9 and your addon v5.3.3, but I've been unable to pull weather data from Yahoo! Weather for the past couple of days. 
Is there a newer working version available from you? If so, could you please give a direct download link?

Thanks for the info.
Since i don't check the add-on every day and also because of the fact that the add-on often keeps working as long you already have an active cookie going, i don't instantly notice breaking changes by Yahoo!.

I just did check and it seems like the Yahoo! website did some changes again. ronie seems to have put out some fixes over the last few months.
I'll have a look and intend to adapt them. I'll let you know via a ping @Mr.Floppy when there is an update to test.

Did Yahoo! Weather break again?

Please someone also test with clean settings and report. Thanks :-)

(Backup your settings.xml first so you don't lose your possibly existing valid cookie)

Hmm. Looks like it.
MultiWeather on Kodi 21 also did not work for me while doing a quick test with blank settings.

Checked the MultiWeather thread. Yahoo! broke things again, as it seems.

I guess i'll keep using my old (still valid) cookie on all systems for now then and hope for some @ronie Yahoo! fixing magic some day. :-)

I pushed an update to my repo for Kodi 17/18 which prevents an existing(!) old-but-valid cookie from being lost due to early expiration by the Add-on code.

Should be better than nothing for the moment.

Reminder: Backup any old valid cookies to somewhere safe.

On fresh installs, the Add-on is broken as of today due to changes from Yahoo!

- If you already have an old valid cookie in your settings.xml, you can still get weather data

- Added a workaround so an existing valid cookie never expires

- Improved settings.xml structure
