Hitcher the version in the Kodi repo didn't work but the one in Gabe's repo does

It should be working from the official repo. The version in Gade's repo is now outdated.
Perhaps there was a hiccup getting it on Kodi official repo. It was added less than 24 hrs ago, so maybe.
I noticed that this page, https://kodi.tv/addons/matrix/category/skins , appears to be very confused. Maybe related. Heck might just be somehow on my end (clear cookies?)
I would recommend either waiting a little longer or go to https://github.com/manfeed/skin.EllipsisUI and download as ZIP and use that to install the latest EllipsisUI on Kodi 19.

I've done fresh installs on multiple machines and can confirm there is a issue with the release available from the official kodi addon repo.
I'm going to submit a ticket or contact ronie to look into it and see if we can get this resolved.
