Hello,

I have reencoded with ffmpeg the movie Ant-Man and the Wasp in 4k to reduce the file size. I do it will all my blurays and it works fine.
When I have a look at the metadata of the file after the reencoding I can't see any difference between the original and the reencoded version. If I play
the reencoded version with mpv, it works fine. If I play the same file with Kodi, I can hear the audio but there is only a black screen.

I don't see any problem. Could somebody give me some pointers of what can be wrong ? I can provide more information if necessary.

This issue is solved, but I can't say why. I didn't change the way I reencode the videos. What has changed in between:

- I have updated to kodi nexus
- I have updated the firmware of my monitor

A lot changed in between, so it could be also something else. Perhaps the problem was related to my monitor, but I'm not sure.
