In my work on FoldCase I am using a Unicode FoldCase table from Unicode.org. Anyone can use it, but a license agreement must be included with the product. I see that Kodi uses SPDX and has a LICENSE directory, but what is the process for get a license added? Is this one likely to fly? This one is not one of the standard ones that open source products use.
