Hello!
I have intervideo rc-201 (cheap substitute for MCE remote) and it works just fine with windows xp mce (tested on friends' computer). In XBMC it works but not as smoothly as it could. Why can't XBMC use those same keybord shortcuts as Windows MCE? Is there any chance for some kind of module to configure remotes manually in XBMC? Those are not mean or stupid (noobish) question. I'm just curious. {I'm a big fan of XBMC and won't change it for any other software. - statement just in case anonymous haters }

Since you were so specific at describing exactly what your issue was, I'm going to have to direct you to read the keymap.xml info on the wiki. You should be able to map any silly media keys to do as you wish. Can't expect us to have every piece of hardware lying around to add default support for now can you?

OH, ok! Sorry for my english it's not perfect for sure. (You can't say my second name is Shakespeare.) There was misunderstanding. I found keymap.xml wiki myself and there is no paragraf about keys combination [keyboard keys]. I'm not asking about remote codes. I'm maybe dummy but not a retard.
