I have a movie which is not in TMDB. But the scrapper just updated the movie title to a movie with simliar title. How can remove that? I know I can update to the correct info if the movie exists in TMDB. But since it's not there how can I remove the wrong info and get it back to the state that kodi only shows the file name?

Call up the Context Menu on the movie and select Manage>Remove from library.
You do that in the library listing, not in Videos>Files.
