I have an issue regarding displaying fanart and I think it is skin issue but I cannot find where in the code to edit this.

I used Advanced Emulator Launcher to add my games that are installed on my Windows machine to Kodi

All games show icon and fanart but the issue is that the fanart is so dimmed or probably there is another background covering it? that it looks almost black

Then I tried to test and added those games to a list using add on Super favourite and the fanart appears just fine with little dimmed effect.

I made a home menu item called games and linked it to the entry of the games list in super favourite addon and again the fanart looks dimmed or behind another background you can barely see it

I know the fanart is there because in my dark room and very much eyes squinting, I can see it. So I believe the addons and the skin are recognizing the fanart but there must be another setting.

It seems either there is another background on top of the fanart or the dimmed effect is being doubled / tripled.

Could please help direct me to where that dimmed setting is or that overlay background is in your skin code?

I'm not sure, but you could try editing MyPrograms.xml and removing lines 10 to 17 to see the effect.

It was old code that I forgot to remove there, the next skin version will content that fix, thanks!
