So......I downloaded all art with artwork dump, then I exported my library. Then I uninstalled Kodi and did a new clean install with v21. But now when I go to Import library there is nothing there. When I exported my library I think it put a nfo file in every folder for every movie, but when trying to import its empty......I press ok and nothing happens....

How are you running the "Import".
If you used the "Separate Files" method to create the nfo files (which is the one you should have used), then you just run an Update Library. Same as if you are scanning new movies into your library.
I assume you have set up all your Sources.

I went to the same place as where I did the export. But now I have added all my sources and done the regular scraping (dont know what the point was with the export then)

But now there is 84 movies missing from what I had before, and I am using the Aeon Nox: SILVO skin, and in the movie section there are no sets.....even though I have turned it on......in the music section there are no fanart or artist information.....I have to manually go in on each album and fix that. I think I will (once again) go back to the v19.....this isn’t working at all....

Well, you don't know if you have done the regular scraping. Kodi looks for nfo files, if it does not find the then it calls the scraper.
So if all went well, the Update Library read the nfo files. You will be able to figure that out by the speed. If it went lightning fast, then it was nfo files. If it was slow, and you could see it running movie by movie, it is scraping.

Do you know which? Find one that you know is missing and check if there is a nfo file in the folder. If not, then the scraper should of run, and if the scraper could not find it, then it is a problem with the naming of your file/folder.

Provide the nfo file of a movie that belongs in a set. Copy the contents to Kodi Paste Site and provide the link.
If you were using v18.1, that means a lot of your library was scraped 5+ years ago. Is that somewhat accurate? Maybe the set information is missing when you scraped that long ago?

Stop rushing everything and stop panicking. Let's just stick with the video library for now. Get that working, then we will concentrate on Music.
Did you even export the music library? I am pretty sure you didn't.

Now I can see that all my music videos and concerts has been added to the movie library as well.....so Its probably about 200 movies missing from what I had before. What a mess. Now Im back with v19 again.

I found another place to turn on the sets, so I got that working.

I have no idea what movies that are missing. I just memorized how many there were before uninstalling and installing the v21.

I also tried to find artwork dumper, downloader and other add-ons in the repository, but I couldn’t find anything.

I really don’t know why I bother......v19 Matrix is working just fine for me. Updating a program to the latest version should be as easy as just installing it, and then done! But instead you loose movies, add-ons, settings, artwork and so on...
