Hi everyone,

I want to ask you for some help. When I watch a video that has subtitles in it, sometimes (85% of the lines, aproximately) I see a rectangle instead of the subtitles. I have checked that the subtitles are well generated, due to this is a new problem that I didnt have one month ago with the same files and I have checked it with VLC in the PC and it worked correctly. 

Has anyone some clue about what can be happening?

Have you checked the subtitles settings here... https://kodi.wiki/view/Settings/Player/Subtitles

We would need a Debug Log that captures the playing of the video and subtitles. Also a sample of the video with the subtitles will be helpful.
