What wizard? Kodi doesn't have a wizard.

Boy, I read it did.  My problem is pretty simple.  I have re-installed and am looking for something that can tell me how to set it all up before I screw it all up.  I have been using it for years but had pc problems.  Anyway, do you know anyplace I can go that explains how to set everything up?
