log shows tubed recieved an error 400 from youtube which is invalid request which probably means exactly what it says, the addon issued an "invalid request" - https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs...Status/400

addon developer would need to fix this, however

this issue report shows it's been broken since 4/27/2023 and indicates it has been abandoned - https://github.com/anxdpanic/plugin.vide...issues/232
the last "release" on github was 02/26/2023 which supports the abandoned theory - https://github.com/anxdpanic/plugin.vide...d/releases
if you browse around the github the actual code has not been updated or changed in 4 years - https://github.com/anxdpanic/plugin.video.tubed
their forum support section is here and has more reports that it no longer works - https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=358806&page=9
-----
basically, addon is broken so don't use it because it appears it will never be fixed

Hmm. Ok. I’m using the Arctic Fuse skin which allows for TV show trailers. The tv show trailers try to load via Tubed. Is there any way to switch the add on used to YouTube (like the movie trailers use)?

I guess Arctic Fuse 2 is out. I’ll try that and see if it was corrected in that skin.

The trailer has likely been scraped into your library with a plugin.video.tubed plugin url.

To switch the addon that is used, you will change the settings in the TMDb TV Shows scraper:
Code:
My add-ons > Information providers > TV information > TMDb TV Shows > Configure > General > Enable Trailer > Addon Player > YouTube

You will then need to update/remove and re-add/rescrape the tvshow in your library.

Even after removing and rescraping the show (with YouTube selected), it wants to default to Tubed…any ideas?

There are two places you have to consider when dealing with scraper settings.  First is the addon itself.  These are more like template settings that any source you create uses by default.  Once you create a source, its scraper settings are independent of the addon.  To fix source settings you need to manage the source, then when you get to the place where you set the scraper, edit those settings.  You have to do that separately for every source you've created.

How do you do that?

Go to Settings > Media > Library > Videos.  Highlight the source you want to edit, bring up the context menu ('c' on your keyboard or whatever remote button brings it up) and select EDIT SOURCE.  On the first screen you get just go down to and select OK.  That'll bring up another screen with an option that says EDIT SETTINGS.  Choose that, edit and save the settings, then select OK on the dialog box you end up at to save all the new settings.

Do I have to remove the source and readd to the library? When I tried to change it to YouTube, it continues to ask me to install Tubed. Even if I shut down Kodi and reload.

Yes, you will need to re-scrape the TV shows.
