Are Pluto channels not free?
#1
I know next to nothing about IPTV!

I found https://kodibeginner.com/best-free-m3u-playlists/  I can add the iptv-org m3u to Kodi and see about 2000 channels.  But all of the Pluto channels give me a 403.

Is that a geographical thing?  I am in the US.

If there's a better m3u for free US channels, I'd love to know about it!

I also tried https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Free-T...ylist.m3u8  Same result... Pluto channels won't play :-(

See if you are able to reach: https://pluto.tv/gsa/live-tv/66c6fc06489bab0008b6f9da

If you are able to reach that, then it's not blocked for the USA and I guess the URLs from that m3u are probably faulty.

And if you are new to that kind of stuff..."free" doesn't mean it's legal or for "free" only because you are able to download that m3u for free. Always ask yourself the question, if something that others (hundreds, thousands and ten-thousands) have to pay for can be for free legally. I'm not saying that those m3us are not fine. I'm just saying that I would double check that.

Just a friendly hint and no offense.

I can, but my browser prompts me to translate German to English...

Very possible, but if so, where would I find the correct URLs?

None taken! I am looking for legally free.

No clue. Sorry. I would take a look at the Debug Log and see which URLs are in use.

Edit:

at least I see the same error as you do.
